Peas is a very valuable component of any healthy diet because it:
+ is a source of vegetable protein, fats and carbohydrates,
+ contains fibre, which helps to lose weight through cleansing intestines.
Rinse peas, put it into the pot, pour it with cold water, cover and bring to boil. Then reduce the gas. From time to time check if the amount of water is sufficient. At the end of cooking, add a bit of salt and cook on with the lid off until water boils out completely.
