About us

Brand was created by SAWEX - Polish family company, which has used its many years of experience and extensive knowledge in order to prepare the product not only good, but also easy and convenient to use.

Since 1997, all products with the logo of Halina broth are the best species of rice, cereals, meal legume seeds, and their taste is adapted to our Polish taste preferences.

Dairy

Eat every day! Milk and dairy products are the most important source of calcium in our diet, and high in protein and vitamin B2.

Fish, poultry, eggs

You should eat them several times a week after approx. 60-90g, eggs 2 times a week. Vitamin D, which provide poultry, fish, and eggs, it is necessary to form strong and healthy bones.

Red meat

More than a few times a month in portions no larger than 50-60g! However, do not completely give up their food, because they contain well-absorbed by the body heme iron.
